AMC Moab Triathlon Camp April 25th - 28th
Looking to have a great adventure, bike some epic landscapes, and hang out with some great people? Then you should come to the AMC Moab Triathlon Camp coming up on April 25th-28th. All skill levels are welcome and we are looking for folks who have great attitudes and want to have a great time!!

Come join us for our weekly Sunday morning swims at the Highlands Ranch Westridge Rec Center. All abilities are welcome but you should be able to swim for at least 400 yards.
Please be prepared to show your AMC membership to the front desk if you are not apart of the Highlands Ranch Community Association. If you want to bring a friend to try the club out, they must fill out a waiver and check in with the coach at the beginning of the swim.

Work on your dynamic stretching and overall conditioning and coordination on the softball field followed by a 2 mile trail run
Join Coach Erin for an "intro to gravel riding" clinic and ride on one of her favorite Douglas County Routes.
Start Time - 9 AM, Greenland Open Space, 1532 E Noe Rd, Larkspur, CO 80118
Itinerary
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM Gear + safety chat - 30 mins
9:45 AM - 16 mile ride ( AMC Beginner Gravel Clinic | 16.0 mi Cycling Route on Strava)
Estimate approximately 1.5 hours for the ride. Bring your own drinks / snacks as there IS NO WATER OR GAS STATIONS along the route.
We will be riding on open hard packed dirt roads with rolling hills. There are no technical features on these roads (i.e. deep sand or big rocks.... at least as of Aug 2022) but with gravel, be prepared as adventures can happen!
This ride requires a gravel or mountain bike!
Come join your fellow AMCrs at our season open party at Piney Creek Hollow Pavilion. This is family friendly so you are welcome to bring your kids (this is a covered gazebo with a playground and bathrooms). Feel free to bring any tri-curious friends as well!
AMC will provide Qdoba catering and limited drinks so please RSVP so we can get an accurate count. Please feel free to bring your favorite dessert or alcoholic or other beverage to share (glass bottles are not allowed).
Seating is limited so you might want to bring some stadium chairs.
We will also have gear swap so feel free to bring your gently used (or never used) gear
We will have some prize giveaways from our sponsors.

Run for around 1 hour and then meet back at Fika for BYO Coffee + breakfast burritos

Coach Debbie has reserved a great campsite out at Chatfield for multi-day triathlon-centric training. Bring your tent, your RV, your modified van to participate in some or all of what is sure to be a great weekend.
Tickets to camp plus Saturday dinner are only $50 per person. If you don't want to camp but want to join for Saturday night dinner it's $10 per person.
