Workout:

Warm Up 15 min easy jog

5x 30 second strides, 30 second recovery

Main Set - In-or-Outs:

12 x 400 @ pace below with 200 recovery

Everyone runs a minimum of 7 x 400, for 8-12 you MUST hit the pace below or you're done for the workout

15 min cool down
