We're taking the club meeting to the TRACK this month!

Join us for a blind pacing contest.  We'll be running 12 x 400s WITH NO WATCHES (!!!).

12 x 400 at "L" pace (0 - 5 sec slower per mile for your 5k pace)

Here’s how it works:

The first repeat is a freebie. Then you have a choice: accept the time you ran as your target, or announce something else. Club coaches be keeping track of splits for all the runners.

On each interval, score a point for every second by which you miss the target. Want a real challenge? Try to become so good that you need to keep track of tenths. Lowest point total wins.
