In this free clinic you will be introduced to good running technique as well as the beginning progression of how to achieve good form.  There will be a lecture portion as well as a hands on portion.

Individuals signing up for the Better Running Series are encouraged to attend one of these clinics for foundation information.  

The class is limited to the first 12 runners.
