About the clinic:
We spend so many hours training in swim, bike and run. But do you spend any time training your transition time? The shorter races the faster your T1, T2 will be. But even in longer races you can save time in transition if you are prepared.
We will discuss and practice the following
Bring your own gear (whatever you can bring) for practice.
Meetup and transition clinic discussion from 8-9:30 AM. Practice bricks from 9:30 AM - 1 PM (workout for any levels): Run 1 mile on track/bike 12 miles. Repeat 1, 2 or 3 times. Loops in the reservoir.
Bring your own hydration and fuel. We aren't able to get any transition racks, so please keep an eye on your gear while out running/riding.
