In this clinic, Coach Becky will help endurance athletes learn how to prioritize their off season goals and training plans in order to maximize the 2019 season. Clinic will be primarily lecture based with a little hands on at the end for stretching.


We'll also be doing a club run from The FAST Lab at 9 AM.
