Registration is closed

We are doing a virtual strength challenge.  No equipment is needed.

You can spread this out over the entire week and do not have to do it all in one go.

Body weight challenge 

100 squats

100 pushups

100 arm circles

100 burpees

100 lunges (50 per leg)

Bonus challenge

5 minutes total of planks

5 minutes total of wall sits
