Join Coach Erin Trail for an interactive dryland swim workout Wednesdays at 6:30 PM via Zoom. The workout will be 30 minutes long and will consist a variety of "at home" upper body and core exercises that will definitely keep those swimming muscles engaged! Resistance bands, a computer with a webcam (or phone), and a good sense of humor are needed for this workout.
