This super simple challenge is to do a full hour of core work this week. You could do four days of 15 minutes each or two days of 30 minutes, do it all in one sitting or whatever works for you
Core work can be:
- Planks
- Crunches
- Bicycle crunches
- Side planks
- Hanging leg/knee raises
- Dead bug/superman
- V sit/Boat
- Yoga
- Pilates
- Whatever floats your boat
